Terms of use
Version 12 October 2026. These terms apply to every use of SKYVARD AI Trading (the website, the dashboard, the Android app and the trading bots). By requesting access, logging in or connecting a wallet you accept them.
1. Who we are
SKYVARD is operated by Narrowcastingscherm (sole proprietorship), Gouddonk 4, 4824 DG Breda, the Netherlands — KvK 77480619, VAT NL139484322B01, narrowcastingschermnl@gmail.com. "We" means Narrowcastingscherm; "you" means the account holder.
2. What SKYVARD is — and is not
- SKYVARD is software: an automated trading bot, dashboards, market data, alerts and AI explanations. You decide whether the bot trades live, with which wallet and within which limits.
- SKYVARD is not a bank, broker, exchange or investment adviser. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Results of paper trading, backtests or past live trades are no guarantee of future results.
- SKYVARD does not hold a licence as a crypto-asset service provider. You trade for your own account and at your own risk.
3. Access and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade crypto-assets where you live.
- Access is by invitation or approval; we may refuse or end access, for example in case of misuse.
- Keep your login, passkey, authenticator and backup codes safe. Two-step verification is required. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
4. Your wallet and keys
- To let the bot trade live you connect your own wallet by importing its private key. The key is encrypted in your browser and stored on our server encrypted (AES-256). Details are in the Privacy statement.
- The bot signs transactions on our server. It uses your key only for: buying and selling tokens via Jupiter (Solana) or PancakeSwap (BNB Chain), closing empty token accounts to recover their deposit, approving the exchange router for selling, and transferring the platform fee described in article 5.
- Because signing happens on our server, someone with full administrative access to that server could in theory reach a key while it is in use. Use a separate wallet that only holds what you want to trade, and never import a wallet holding your savings.
- You can ask us at any time (by email) to disconnect your wallet; we then delete the encrypted key from our server within one working day and the bot stops trading live for you. Your funds always remain in your own wallet.
5. Prices and platform fee
- Paper trading, dashboard, market data and the app are free.
- Live trading: a platform fee of 0.25% of the value of every live buy and every live sell made by the bot or by you through the platform, in the currency of the trade (SOL on Solana, BNB on BNB Chain). Example: a live buy of 0.06 SOL costs 0.00015 SOL in platform fee.
- The fee is recorded per trade and collected automatically from your connected trading wallet into the platform's wallet, as one on-chain transfer once a small amount has built up (from 0.002 SOL or 0.0005 BNB). Each transfer is visible on the blockchain and in your dashboard under Wallet & live. A small reserve always stays in your wallet for network costs.
- Network fees, exchange fees, price impact and slippage are separate costs of the blockchain and the exchanges and are not part of the platform fee.
- We may change the fee with at least 30 days' notice in the dashboard. If you do not agree, you can stop live trading or close your account before the change takes effect. Paid fees are not refunded, also not when a trade makes a loss.
6. Risks
- Crypto-assets are highly volatile; you can lose all of your stake. New and small tokens in particular can lose most of their value within minutes, can be manipulated, or can become impossible to sell ("rug pull").
- Automated trading can go wrong: wrong signals, delays, failed or partly filled transactions, slippage, outages of blockchains, exchanges, data providers or our servers, and software errors. Stop-losses and limits reduce risk but cannot guarantee a sale at a given price.
- Only trade with money you can afford to lose. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
7. Limits, emergency stops and our right to intervene
The platform has per-trade, total and daily-loss limits and emergency stops. We may pause the bot, switch it to paper trading or block buying for an account or for everyone, for example during outages, abnormal markets, suspected misuse or security incidents. Selling existing positions remains possible where technically feasible.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, extend or stop functions. Important changes that affect you are announced in the dashboard.
9. Liability
- We are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, price movements, or for errors and outages of blockchains, exchanges, data providers, app stores or other third parties.
- Our total liability towards you is limited to the platform fees you paid in the three months before the event that caused the damage.
- These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part, or where the law does not allow them.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time: switch the bot to paper, disconnect your wallet or ask us to close your account. Fees owed for trades already made remain due and may still be collected from your connected wallet before it is disconnected. We may end your access with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of misuse or a breach of these terms.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy statement.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Zeeland-West-Brabant (Breda), unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court. Consumers may also contact the operator first; we try to resolve complaints within 14 days.
